ENGLISH CRICKET BOARD – CLUBMARK ACCREDITATION

Policies & Procedures

St Georges Cricket Club was first awarded the Sport England’s Clubmark on the 23rd November 2004 by the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB).  Following inspections we were re-accredited for a further 3 years from November 2007 and again in November 2010.  Please see current certificate on notice board and website.

Clubmark accreditation recognises that St Georges Cricket Club is a safe, effective and child-friendly club. To achieve the award we have had to achieve standards in the following areas:

  • Duty of Care and Safeguarding Children
  • The Cricket programme
  • Knowing your Club and its Community
